Things that annoy me
Slight diversion from the list of people who make me who I am but just wanted to write this while I was thinking about it.
1. Men staring at women and then making excuses for it: I hate that men think that just because women have breasts it gives them an excuse to stare at them and make them uncomfortable. Some even go as far as passing comments and cat-calling. And the worst part is them making excuses and blaming the girls for their own behaviour. Hello!!! If a girl is wearing short clothes, or clothes that make her feel good, its for herself. It is not an excuse for you to harass her.
2. People who don't even know me pretending like they do: You do not know me. Period. Why pretend like you do?
3. Back bitting, back-stabbing "people": If you have the guts, why not just tell the person what you want to, to their face. However un-understanding a person may seem, I am sure no one would appreciate being spoken about behind their back. Or living a lie. If you have a problem with a person, talk it out. If you don't care enough to do that, move away. And if you have nothing nice to say, don't say it.
4. People who know everything: I appreciate people who read a lot, or who are knowledgeable. Good for you. But don't thrust it upon me if I don't want it. And don't look down upon my opinions. Don't patronize me because I am not as well read as you are. I might actually have read or seen something that you haven't and my opinion matters.....to me.
5. People who discriminate against others based on color, class, caste and gender.: Yes, people are not equal. If you look down upon people based on the above mentioned points, in my opinion, those people are much much much better than you are.
6. People who keep asking me when I am going to get married just because I am a girl: My world does not revolve around my marriage. Believe it or not. I do think of a lot of other things in life other than marriage. I HAVE A LIFE.
7. People who spread rumours: How much time must one have on their hands to imagine and invent details about a person and make it believable. Such people annoy me, but too bad. Thank you for giving me so much importance in your life. I still won't waste more than one minute of my life on you. And that one minute will be pitying you for being so jobless and insecure.
8. People who judge others based on their past: People grow, they move on. You should too.
9. People who think of others as "immature": Some people don't want to grow up. Sometimes they act in a certain way to make others laugh. They liven up the atmosphere. But that does not mean they are immature. You do not know how they would behave in certain situations. They might surprise you and come out more mature than most people you know.
I am pretty such the list is longer, but if I were to go on then the list then I would miss out on the things that make me happy. And that is what life is about. Things that make you happy.

But, the rest are casual stuff.. U can choose not to get affected by them..
Today's world is not an easy place to live in. Each one having their own taste, their own opinion, their own approach. Each one thinks that they are right and the other person is wrong!
These are things that we have to live with. Like it or not, it does make life a bit thrilling! :)
Dodging all this and smiling everyday is a challenge that makes life meaningful and worth living! :D
