Sana is the person who when she meets you, will tell you how pretty you look, or how horrible your dress makes you look. Either ways, if she talks to you, consider it your lucky day because very few people make it to her friends list. What she wont tell you, however is, how much she cares for you. And you probably won't see it in the way she makes your birthday the most special day in the year, or how she will make it a point to meet you when you come back from a week long trip, or in the way she will tell you she misses you even though she hates to admit it. You won't see it because she won't show it to you, because she is one of those rare people who believes in doing things for others to make them happy, and not to be appreciated.

She is the kind of person who would sit and laugh while you cracked jokes, but when you were upset she would sit up with you all night long just to make sure you smiled. And if she could not make you smile, she would sit with you all the same. She believes in making every day special, for all those around her. She believes in Forever being a lot more than the 5 years it has been reduced to now. She believes in friendship and she believes in people, and she believes in them so hard that she makes you want to believe in them.

And how do I know all this you may ask. I know this because she is my best friend. I know this because she made sure I had a family when I shifted to a different city, she made sure I did not miss my family on the birthdays I have been away from home, she tolerated my tantrums and my mood swings, she cried with me and made me laugh, she loved me unconditionally, she taught me what it feels like to have a sister- a true one. She taught me about friendships that distances cannot affect, about loving people for who they are, however weird they are, she hated those who hurt me even when I did not hate them myself. She loved my friends because they made me happy, she made them feel special because they made me feel special, because she smiled even when she was sad only because I was happy, she put herself before me all the time. And because even at my worse, I am the best with her.
